The shirts are supplied by the noted vendor, otherwise everything is designed and created by hand in our studios in Denver, Colorado. To that end, all items will have unique characteristics. Images may not be an exact replica of the items received, but instead should be taken to represent the form, shape, style, and quality the customer can expect. Some of our shirts have our logo on the back, under the collar. It may not be pictured, but it might be there. (Our studios are smoke and pet free, unless you count one small fish.)
02 Shipping information.
Unless noted otherwise, all our product is in stock and ships in 1-2 days. If for some reasons this is not possible, we will notify you with the scheduled ship date. All domestic orders are shipped first class USPS with delivery confirmation and global shipped USPS First-Class Mail International. International shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks in transit, but varies by location. Tracking information IS NOT available on international orders. If you'd like insurance, please send contact us and we will get you a quote.
03 Payment.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Please note: items paid for via Echeck are mailed when the check clears with PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Paypal will add 7.720% sales tax to orders with a Colorado shipping address.
04 Note to international buyers.
Seller is not responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, fees or delays caused by customs. Please be aware that you may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. You may wish to verify with your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information.
05 Returns and Exchanges.
If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. We will provide a refund or exchange (domestic only) for any unused items in original condition, less return shipping. Credits or replacement items will not be sent until we receive the item to be returned. We need to be notified of returns or exchanges before you return the item and within 30 days of original payment. Returns and exchanges on custom orders is determined on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Vital Industries.
