HIRING: Office admin (administrator) PT, hourly

Established screen print brand is in need of an office administrator/ team assistant with big picture vision that loves on taking on a variety of responsibilities. Vital Industries is looking to add a part-time position with an estimated 20-25 hours per week to our small team, but may expand to full time for the right individual with a matching skill set and can do attitude.


The unicorn candidate will be willing to assist with administrative tasks (I forgot to punch out yesterday!), as well as general bookkeeping (I’m shipping this order out today! I need a packing slip and invoice from Quickbooks!), assist with marketing materials and emails (Mailchimp, anyone?), basic tech savvy-ness (Ahh! the internet is not working!), comfortable with online retail storefronts and able to do basic website updates (We just made this new awesome thing! Can someone make a listing on the website?), purchasing (Oh, no! We are out of this thing we really need for this order to ship! How fast can we get it?), and customer communication (Does anyone know if we received payment on that order that shipped last month?).


We are a customer focused group that is in need of a self-starter that can identify where assistance is needed without an explicit request. Someone that is detail-oriented is a must. A good fit would also be flexible and able to roll with change. 2-3 years of professional experience as an office manager or administrative assistant is required. If you are the right fit, this is a great opportunity with growth potential.


Compensation is completely dependent on how close your skill set matches that of our unicorn. Please email and include the word “unicorn” in your subject line. 2016 Holiday Shipping Guidelines

Get all your Holiday shipping questions answered here! This is the spot to find everything you need to know for getting Vital holiday gifts to your friends and family on time... as always, you are very welcome to contact us if you have questions about your order or shipping.


We will be closed Thursday, November 24th, Monday, December 26th, and Monday, January 2nd. Otherwise the studio is open Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm mountain time. 


Our standard holiday shipping policies are below. Please call or email before you place your order if you need expedited shipping services to receive your packages for a holiday deadline (additional fee applies for expedited shipping options).

Our tip-top shipping team sends packages out every business day, M-F, except dates noted above. Although we wish they could be, shipping provider delivery time frames are NOT GUARANTEED, just guidelines, so we've found that allowing a few extra days will help keep your gift-giving stress levels in the happy zone. Shipping at the holidays may be delayed due to severe winter weather or system capacity! Remember to add in the production time (1-2 business days for most products, 1-2 weeks for custom printed items) so you know when your order is likely to leave our studio.

Lighter orders (clothing, totes, hats, less than 4 glasses, etc), and most International orders typically ship via USPS (service depends on weight.) Heavier orders (4+ glasses, etc) going to US destinations typically ship via FedEx Home Delivery or Ground service.

To arrive by Dec 25 using the services included in our standard and Free Shipping, USPS and FedEx recommend that you place your orders NO LATER than:

Domestic Shipments: noon MST, December 21st.

Prior to December 16th, shipments will go out via the Carriers listed above by product type. After December 16th, all FedEX shipments switch to USPS Priority. After December 19th, all USPS shipments (including packages under 16oz) ship USPS Priority.

These switches occur to help ensure your packages are delivered before December 25th. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

International Shipments: noon MST, December 8th via USPS.
If you are in the Denver area you can also pick up your order at our studio, 5138 E. 39th Ave. (near I-70 and Colorado Blvd) during our normal business hours. Use coupon code STUDIOPICKUP to waive shipping charges for orders being picked up. We will email you when your order is ready. Last day to pick up orders before Christmas is 12/23.
