Please review these holiday shipping guidelines and call or email us before you buy if you need upgraded shipping services for your package to arrive on time.
Our shipping mavens send packages out every business day, M-F, except holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Although we wish they could be, these shipping provider dates are NOT GUARANTEED, just guidelines, so we've found that allowing a few extra days will help keep your gift-giving stress levels in the happy zone. Shipping at the holidays is often delayed due to weather or system capacity! Remember to add in the production time (1-2 days for most products, 1-2 weeks for custom items) so you know when your order is likely to leave our studio.
Lighter orders (clothing, totes, hats, less than 4 glasses, etc) typically ship via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail depending on exact weight.
**USPS recommends shipping by the following dates to arrive by Dec 25:
Dec. 2: First-Class Mail International
Dec. 2: Priority Mail International
Dec. 10: Priority Mail Express International
Dec. 17: Global Express Guaranteed
Dec. 19: First-Class Mail
Dec. 19: Priority Mail
Dec. 23: Priority Mail Express
Heavier orders (4+ glasses, etc) typically ship via FedEx Home Delivery or Ground service.
**FedEx recommends shipping by dates below to arrive by Dec 25:
Dec 17: Home Delivery and Ground
Dec 19: Express Saver
Dec 22: all 2 Day services
Dec 23: all Overnight services
If you are in the Denver area you can also pick up your order at our studio, 5138 E. 39th Ave. (near I-70 and Colorado Blvd) during our normal business hours, 9-5 M-F. Use coupon code STUDIOPICKUP to waive shipping charges for orders being picked up. We will email you when your order is ready.
